I don't remember where I read it, but I remember reading somewhere on the Macromedia site that Macromedia plan to take a 50% cut of whatever revenue you derive from selling your software through their Central distribution channel. Looking at the Macromedia site now, I see all mention of Macromedia's cut has been removed. Which is interesting. I think 50% is a bit steep for a purely electronic distribution channel, personally.
I wonder if it's possible for anyone to legitimately have a million dollars. When you consider legitimacy in a broader sense, I suppose. |
